Our Very First Newsletter from 1988!

As part of our 25th Anniversary Commemoration we will be republishing some of our previous newsletters. This one is our very first newsletter, from 1988. We have come a long way since then!

This newsletter says that “hunger of any kind in a civilized society is inexcusable.” Sadly, hunger still exists in Canada. ‘Multicaf’, ‘Sun Youth Organization’ and ‘Inland Refugee Society’ are mentioned in this newsletter as receiving MAZON allocations, and they still receive money from us today.
