Celebrations:
If you are celebrating a special occasion such as a wedding, special birthday or anniversary, think about donating a percentage of your food costs to MAZON. We would be pleased to provide you with personalized place cards and/or tent cards in exchange for your donation.

•On-line: Visit Canadahelps.org or click on "Make your donation today" on our home page to donate directly to MAZON.

•Fax donations: Download a form below.

To order cards:

•Download a donation form for single cards to be
sent out by the MAZON office, please click on "MAZON Canada Card Order Form" below.

•Download a donation form for a choice of packaged cards
to be filled out by you, please click on "MAZON Canada Packaged Card Order Form" below.

To reduce administrative costs, charitable tax receipts are sent out once a year.
